Job summary

CraftMark Bakery is seeking a Multi-Craft Maintenance Technician to keep production equipment running safely and efficiently through preventive maintenance and troubleshooting in its highly automated facility. You will perform preventive maintenance on engines, motors, conveyors, sensors, and PLC‑controlled systems, read diagrams and schematics, and ensure safety compliance on a 12‑hour nights shift (2‑2‑3 rotation).

Training on days is provided for the first 30 days, then 60 days.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of maintenance experience in a production environment.
• Basic computer skills.
• Strong commitment to workplace safety.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance on engines, motors, pneumatic tools, conveyor systems, drivers, sensors, and production machines.
• Troubleshoot and repair machinery and mechanical systems.
• Reset or monitor PLC-controlled systems.
• Read and follow diagrams, sketches, manuals, and engineering specifications.
• Analyze and maintain equipment throughout the plant.
• Follow all safety policies and procedures.
