CraftMark Bakery is hiring a Maintenance Technician for its highly automated, state-of-the-art commercial bakery. The role focuses on keeping production equipment running safely and efficiently through preventive maintenance and troubleshooting.

This position offers a $5,000 sign-on bonus (limited time), PTO from day one, affordable health, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k), quarterly attendance bonus, relocation assistance, and 12-hour shifts on a 2-2-3 schedule.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of maintenance experience in a production environment.
• Basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance on engines, motors, pneumatic tools, conveyor systems, drivers, sensors, and production machines.
• Troubleshoot and repair machinery and mechanical systems.
• Reset or monitor PLC-controlled systems.
• Read and follow diagrams, sketches, manuals, and engineering specifications.
• Analyze and maintain equipment throughout the plant.
• Follow all safety policies and procedures.
• Understands specifications.

Reports to: Director of Maintenance

Pay Range:$36.00 Hour - $40.00 Hour

Shift: Days 5pm-5am (2-2-3 rotation)
