Job summary

International Motors Manufacturing is seeking experienced Maintenance Technicians for its San Antonio plant. The role covers maintenance and repair of equipment, troubleshooting malfunctions, and calibration of fluid, air, and fan systems. Candidates who have completed the AMT program (FAME) or have substantial field experience are highly valued.

1st Shift: Mon-Thu 5:30am-4pm. External candidates may qualify for a $1000 Sign-on Bonus with $500 paid upfront and $500 after 90 days.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• AMT Advanced Manufacturing Technician program completion is preferred.
• At least 3 years of maintenance experience.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair equipment.
• Analyze and troubleshoot malfunctions quickly.
• Read and interpret drawings and electrical schematics.
• Calibrate equipment (Fluid, Air and Fan).
• Understand and troubleshoot safety and intrusion alarms in paint booths.
• Perform preventive and corrective work on plant equipment.

International has multiple openings for experienced Maintenance Technicians at the manufacturing plant.1st Shift Monday - Thursday 5:30am-4pm**External candidates hired into this role are eligible for a $1000 Sign-on Bonus.
