Job summary

Pegasus Residential is seeking a Service Technician to maintain our Nashville properties and deliver excellent resident service. You will own your role, respond to service requests, and work with maintenance teams to keep communities safe and welcoming.

Qualifications

• Customer-focused service experience at a property or field service role.
• EPA or CPO certification is a plus.
• Must have valid driver’s license.
• Willingness to learn HVAC, painting, plumbing, and related trades.

Responsibilities

• Own your role at the property and provide excellent resident service.
• Complete resident and property service requests efficiently.
• Maintain a positive, professional attitude on site.
• Assist with HVAC, plumbing, painting and related maintenance tasks when needed.

• Complete resident and property service requests
• Experience with or desire to learn skills such as:
  • HVAC, painting, plumbing,
  • Pool maintenance, grounds
  • Drywall, minor carpentry, heat pumps, etc.
• Maintain a positive and professional attitude and demeanor
• EPA or CPO certification a plus!
• Must have valid Driver’s License
