Job summary

Pegasus Residential is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead on-site maintenance at our Nashville properties. You will oversee resident requests, coordinate service tasks, and drive preventative maintenance programs to keep common areas and units in excellent condition.

The role emphasizes hands-on supervision, strong customer service, and a collaborative culture. A valid driver’s license and a willingness to lead the team are required.

Qualifications

• Supervisory interest or experience preferred.
• Maintain positive, professional attitude and demeanor.
• EPA or CPO certification a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own your role at the property and serve residents with great customer service.
• Complete resident and property service requests.
• Lead and supervise maintenance tasks and staff.
• Perform preventative maintenance including pool, exterior lighting, filter changes and inspections.
• Maintain tools, supplies and inventory for the property and management company.

Responsibilities and Job Requirements:

• “Own” your role at the property, serve residents with great customer service
• Complete resident and property service requests
• Experience with or desire to be in a supervisory role
• Experience withskills such as:
• HVAC, painting, plumbing,
• Pool maintenance, grounds, appliances,
• Drywall, minor carpentry, heat pumps, etc.
• Maintain a positive and professional attitude and demeanor
• EPA or CPO certification a plus!
• Must have valid Driver’s License
• Respond on a timely basis to resident service requests.
• Participate in preventative maintenance to include pool, exterior lighting, filter changes and apartment inspections.
• Clean work area, tools and equipment. Care, maintain, and inventory all supplies and equipment owned by the property and/or the management company.
