Harbor Group Management Company is seeking a Maintenance Technician to maintain the property's physical integrity, handle resident requests, and support safe, efficient operations across buildings and common areas.

The role requires hands-on maintenance skills (plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry) and a focus on safety. On-call availability, a valid driver's license, and customer-service orientation are essential for success in this multifamily environment.

Qualifications

• 1 year of general maintenance experience including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, drywall, painting, or appliance repair.
• HVAC certification preferred; EPA Type I & II or Universal refrigerant handling certification required.
• Multifamily (apartment) maintenance experience is highly desired.
• Must be available for emergency on-call, including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Perform technical and mechanical maintenance across the property (plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, appliances).
• Respond to resident service requests promptly and track repairs via work order system.
• Conduct preventative maintenance to ensure safe, efficient operation.
• Prepare vacant units for new residents including inspections and punch lists.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety of amenity areas (breezeways, pools, common spaces).
• Assist in property inspections and verify contractor work complies with standards.
