What We’re Looking For:

• High School Diploma or GED
• HVAC experience; EPA Type II or Universal preferred
• 2yrs+ apartment maintenance or multifamily housing experienceAbility to handle on-call rotation
• Strong communication & problem-solving skills
• Reliable transportation & basic tools
