Job summary

Bell Partners is seeking a Maintenance Technician at a Wilmington, NC community. You will perform interior and exterior maintenance, repair HVAC, plumbing and electrical systems, and handle resident requests.

You’ll work under the Maintenance Supervisor and participate in safety training. Ideal candidates have 1–3 years of maintenance experience, strong customer service and communication skills, and are available weekdays, evenings, and weekends.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–3 years of maintenance experience preferred.
• HVAC, EPA and/or CPO certifications may be required depending on community.

Responsibilities

• Provide routine interior and exterior maintenance for the community.
• Repair and maintenance of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry and related systems.
• Respond to maintenance requests from residents and staff in a timely manner.
• Ensure safety and privacy when entering resident units and maintain clean work areas.
• Attend in-service training and coordinate with vendors when needed.
