Qualifications

• 1–3 years of maintenance experience.
• HVAC, plumbing, electrical, basic carpentry and mechanical systems knowledge.
• HVAC, EPA and/or CPO certifications may be required.
• Excellent oral and written communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine interior and exterior maintenance at the community.
• Respond to repair requests and maintenance concerns from residents and staff.
• Report equipment issues and hazards to the Maintenance Supervisor promptly.
• Ensure safety compliance and proper entry procedures when servicing apartments.
• Coordinate with vendors for landscaping, painting, and asphalt as instructed.
