Responsibilities

Perform administrative tasks each morning as assigned by PM or Support Center.
Ensure service requests and repairs are completed via the company's mobile maintenance app.
Assist with turnkey operations including scheduling, painting, and cleaning within five days of move-out.
Maintain an effective preventative maintenance program.
Prepare for Owner, Federal, State, and local inspections.
Inspect grounds, buildings, and common areas for safety and cleanliness.
