Job summary

BlueLine Property Management in Wyoming seeks a hands-on Maintenance Technician to care for two small properties (36-unit in Laramie and 24-unit in Cheyenne). This full-time role covers electrical, plumbing, appliance troubleshooting, HVAC, and exterior maintenance.

You’ll work with a supportive team, respond to maintenance requests, manage unit turns, and be part of an on-call schedule with some weekend shifts. A valid driver's license and comfort with outdoor work in all weather are required.

Qualifications

• General maintenance and repair experience with basic tools.
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and navigate stairs.
• Valid driver's license, insurance proof, and clean background.
• Comfortable working outdoors in all weather.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and improve the physical condition of properties.
• Respond to maintenance requests and perform unit turns.
• Troubleshoot and repair electrical, plumbing, HVAC, appliances.
• Ensure properties meet standards and safety regulations.
• Be available for on-call emergencies on rotating schedule.
