Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience in apartment or facilities maintenance preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work indoors/outdoors.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• HVAC/EPA certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Complete resident maintenance requests accurately and timely.
• Diagnose and repair plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliances, carpentry, drywall, and painting.
• Prepare vacant apartments for new residents.
• Perform preventative maintenance and property inspections.
• Maintain common areas and grounds.
• Travel between properties as needed.
• Participate in after-hours/on-call rotation for emergencies.
