Job summary

Express Employment Professionals in Cheyenne, WY is seeking a Maintenance Technician to prepare vacant units, handle landscaping, snow removal, and other tasks to maintain designated properties.

Responsibilities include on-call availability for emergency maintenance and performing work across painting, carpentry, plumbing, electrical, and grounds maintenance. A Wyoming driver’s license is required. This is a permanent, full-time position with a Monday–Friday schedule and on-call rotation.

Qualifications

• Two years of general construction and maintenance work preferred.
• Knowledge of building trades: painting, carpentry, plumbing, electrical, grounds maintenance and equipment servicing.
• Power and hand tool knowledge; mechanical aptitude required.
• Wyoming driver’s license required.
• On-call duty and emergency maintenance on a rotating basis.

Responsibilities

• Prepare vacant units for occupancy.
• Perform landscaping and snow removal as part of maintenance tasks.
• Execute designated maintenance duties to keep properties well maintained.
• Respond to on-call maintenance requests as scheduled.

Job description

Express Employment is recruiting for a Maintenance Technician. You will be responsible for preparing vacant units and getting them ready for the next occupant, landscaping, snow removal, and other activities required to effectively maintain designatedproperties.

Pay: $22.00/hr. Schedule Mon-Fri 8am-5pm and on call as required.

2 years of general construction and maintenance work preferred. General knowledge of all areas in building trades; painting, carpentry, plumbing, electrical, ground maintenance, and equipment servicing. Power and hand tool knowledge; and mechanical aptitude required to perform tasks.

* Current Wyoming Driver’s license required. *

Must be available for scheduled on-call duty and to respond to emergency maintenance calls on a rotating basis.
