Job summary

Express Employment Professionals is recruiting a full-time Property Maintenance Technician for a local Cheyenne client. The Technician will troubleshoot and resolve issues, perform light janitorial and grounds keeping duties, and may escalate to contractors as needed.

40 hours weekly with an on-call rotating schedule, requiring the ability to lift up to 75 lbs, and strong communication skills. Pay starts at $18.00–$21.00 per hour DOE.

Qualifications

• Experience in property maintenance or related field preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Valid driver’s license; MVR may be required.

Responsibilities

• Paint surfaces as required.
• Repair sheetrock as needed.
• Perform basic plumbing tasks.
• Maintain and perform general grounds keeping duties.
• Be available for on-call rotation as scheduled.

This position requires 40 hours a week, with an on-call rotating schedule.

The ideal candidate for the Maintenance opportunity has a \"get-it-done\" attitude, excellent written, and verbal communication skills, and can lift to 75lbs.

Pay: $18.00-$21.00/hr. to start DOE
