Job summary

Warlow Apartments is seeking a maintenance team member to service commercial and multi-unit residential properties in Gillette, WY. You will keep common areas clean, perform repairs, and support snow removal during winter hours.

Typical hours are Monday to Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm, with some on-call responsibility. A valid driver’s license and a background check are required for this on-site role.

Qualifications

• Must possess a valid driver’s license and pass mandatory drug testing, background investigation, and physical ability screening.
• Previous experience in maintenance preferred.
• Familiarity with hand-held tools and equipment.
• Deadline and detail-oriented.
• High school or equivalent / Vocational Education preferred.

Responsibilities

• Cleaning and maintaining common areas and vacant apartments.
• Landscaping: Mowing, and weed eating.
• Complete daily assigned work orders in a timely and professional manner.
• Perform minor building, electrical, painting, and plumbing repairs.
