Job summary

BlueLine Property Management in Wyoming seeks a hands-on Maintenance Technician to care for two small properties (36-unit in Laramie and 24-unit in Cheyenne). This full-time role covers electrical, plumbing, appliance troubleshooting, HVAC, and exterior maintenance.

You’ll work with a supportive team, respond to maintenance requests, manage unit turns, and be part of an on-call schedule with some weekend shifts. A valid driver's license and comfort with outdoor work in all weather are required.

We’re looking for a motivated, professional, and team-oriented Maintenance Technician to help us maintain the quality, comfort, and safety of our properties. In this hands-on role, you’ll tackle everything from electrical and plumbing repairs to appliance troubleshooting and exterior maintenance—all while working with a supportive team that values communication and excellence. This full-time position will be responsible for two small properties. One 36 unit property in Laramie and one 24-unit property in Cheyenne. Travel to the other property will be reimbursed at the current IRS rate.

What You\'ll Do:

• Maintain and improve the physical condition of our properties.
• Respond to maintenance requests and perform unit turns.
• Troubleshoot and repair issues in electrical, plumbing, HVAC, appliances, and more.
• Ensure properties meet company and legal standards.
• Be available for on-call emergencies (rotating schedule).
