Job summary

BH Management in Chandler, AZ seeks a Service Technician I to support management of physical assets and ensure resident satisfaction. You will diagnose problems, perform general repairs and assist with apartment make-readies, preventive maintenance, and small construction projects.

Ideal candidates have 6 months to 1 year of maintenance experience, basic computer skills, and working HVAC knowledge. You must provide your own hand tools, be able to lift up to 50 pounds, and participate in on-call

Qualifications

• Six months to one year general maintenance and safety experience.
• Basic computer skills to perform job functions.
• HVAC knowledge and ability to assist with repairs.
• Own industry-specific hand tools required for the role.
• High School diploma or GED is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform repairs and maintenance to restore units to move-in ready condition.
• Complete maintenance requests and upkeep of exterior grounds and common areas.
• Troubleshoot HVAC systems and assist with make-readies.
• Identify hazards and report them to the Community Manager.
• Support preventive maintenance programs and safety compliance.
