Responsibilities

• Routine maintenance of rental units and refurbishing make-ready homes, including painting, cleaning, light plumbing and light electrical work.
• Grounds keeping duties including mowing, trimming, trash pickup and lawn care.
• Maintain community pool, test chemical levels and clean as needed.
• Respond to on-call maintenance emergencies after hours and assist residents with communications.
