Job summary

CBRE Global Workplace Solutions (GWS) seeks a Maintenance Technician to support the operation of building systems inside a client facility. You will repair, maintain, and improve material handling equipment (MHE) and robotic systems across the site.

Strong problem-solving skills, comfort with computers and MS Office, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs are required; prior experience with safety and maintenance procedures is favored.

Qualifications

• Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• 1 year of related maintenance experience or training.
• Ability to follow safety procedures and document work.

Responsibilities

• Promote a safe working environment and follow procedures.
• Repair and maintain MHE and robotic systems in the facility.
• Install and maintain automated packaging and distribution equipment.
• Document preventative maintenance routines.
• Track inventory and coordinate with teams.
