Job summary

Fortune Fish & Gourmet is seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform preventive maintenance and repairs across Meat and Seafood Production Rooms, warehouses, coolers/freezers, and dock areas. You will ensure safety, quality, and uptime while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

The role requires 2–3 years of maintenance experience, ability to lift 50 lbs, stand for 8 hours, and bend at the waist. Occasional travel may be required, and you will support continuous improvement across

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of maintenance experience.
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs. or more.
• Must be able to be on their feet 8 hours a day.
• Must be able to bend at the waist repeatedly.
• Mechanically inclined.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance and repairs in Meat and Seafood Production Rooms, warehouses, coolers/freezers, and dock/Logistics areas.
• Maintain safe, clean, and compliant work environments.
• Coordinate with Operations Production Manager, FSQA, and Supervisors to address opportunities.
• Travel occasionally as needed.
