Qualifications

• Requires experience with maintaining production equipment and performing preventive maintenance.
• Bachelor's degree or technical training is acceptable in lieu of experience.
• Ability to interpret and apply OSHA standards for the facility.
• Strong troubleshooting of equipment and machine control logic is essential.
• Attention to detail is critical for reassembly and testing after repairs.
• Ability to lift and move heavy parts and use power tools safely.
• Must have valid driver's license and pass pre-employment drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance duties on production machines and plant facilities.
• Read manuals to understand equipment and controls.
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
• Identify problems by listening to equipment and using testing instruments.
• Provide emergency repairs during production.
• Document actions and communicate needs to teams.
• Maintain safe, clean working environment and comply with procedures.
