We are seeking a skilled Multi-Craft Maintenance Technician to support a fast-paced industrial manufacturing environment. This role keeps production equipment running safely and efficiently by troubleshooting, repairing, rebuilding, and maintaining mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and automated systems.
The ideal candidate is a hands-on maintenance professional who can work across multiple trades, quickly diagnose equipment issues, and partner with engineering and operations teams to reduce downtime and improve equipment reliability.
Key Responsibilities
- Follow all company safety procedures and maintain a safe work environment at all times.
- Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain industrial production and processing equipment.
- Support installation, testing, startup, and release of new or modified equipment in partnership with engineering.
- Maintain conveyors, gearboxes, bearings, motors, pumps, rotating equipment, and related mechanical systems.
- Diagnose and repair hydraulic and pneumatic systems used in production equipment.
- Troubleshoot AC drives, motors, encoders, resolvers, and related control components.
- Work with PLCs, distributed control systems, and automation equipment in a manufacturing or processing environment.
- Support communication networks such as EtherNet/IP, ControlNet, and DeviceNet.
- Calibrate and troubleshoot flow, level, pressure, and temperature devices and control loops.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, technical manuals, equipment drawings, work orders, machine alarms, and test results.
- Inspect parts and equipment for wear, damage, alignment issues, or other failure points.
- Observe equipment during operation to identify performance issues or potential breakdowns.
- Use hand tools, power tools, grinders, hoists, lifts, welding equipment, and diagnostic testing equipment.
- Accurately document maintenance activity, repairs, parts usage, and work order status in a CMMS.
- Perform additional maintenance and facility-related duties as needed.
Required Experience
- Experience working in industrial maintenance, manufacturing maintenance, processing, distribution, or a similar production environment.
- Strong troubleshooting ability across both mechanical and electrical systems.
- Experience with DCS architecture or plant automation/control system environments.
- Hands‑on experience troubleshooting AC drives, motors, encoders, and resolvers.
- Experience using a CMMS to document maintenance work and complete work orders.
- Knowledge of hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
- Experience repairing or rebuilding conveyors, gearboxes, bearings, and related mechanical equipment.
- Experience maintaining rotating equipment such as motors, pumps, rollers, shafts, and similar components.
- Ability to perform welding or fabrication tasks for industrial maintenance repairs.
- Ability to read and understand technical drawings, schematics, manuals, and equipment documentation.

- Experience with PLCs and industrial communication networks.
- Experience supporting equipment installations, startups, or commissioning projects.
- Experience in a high-volume manufacturing, industrial processing, or automated production environment.
