Flagship Communities REIT is seeking a hardworking Maintenance Technician for a Manufactured Home Community in Louisville, KY. The role handles painting, remodeling, plumbing, electrical work, and landscaping, with autonomy in daily tasks while following health and safety guidelines.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• CMRP certification desirable.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Assist in setting up ventilation, refrigeration and other systems and perform repairs as needed.
• Maintain heating and plumbing systems to ensure functionality.
• Inspect alarm systems (fire, protection) and schedule repairs as needed.
• Perform minor repairs (locks, windows) and other general maintenance tasks.
• Conduct pest control activities as required.
• Keep grounds and landscaping well-maintained.
• Assist in budget preparation and ensure adherence to it.
• Mow, weed, and hedge trim; perform maintenance on equipment.
