Job summary

Flagship Communities REIT is seeking a hardworking Maintenance Technician to join our manufactured home community team. The role involves painting, home remodeling, minor plumbing and electrical work, landscaping and general repairs, with ability to work autonomously under safety guidelines.

The ideal candidate has facility or property maintenance experience, a High school diploma or equivalent, and a valid driver's license. CMPRP certification is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in building or property maintenance preferred.
• CMRP certification desired.
• Reliable transportation and valid driverss license.
• Physically capable of manual labor.

Responsibilities

• Assist in setup and repair of ventilation and refrigeration systems.
• Maintain heating and plumbing systems to ensure functionality.
• Inspect alarm systems and schedule repairs as needed.
• Perform general repairs (locks, windows) as required.
• Maintain grounds and landscaping.
• Support budget preparation and adherence.
• Operate maintenance tools and equipment safely.
