Flagship Communities is seeking a hardworking Maintenance Technician to join our manufactured home community. You will handle painting, remodeling, minor plumbing and electrical work, and landscaping while following health and safety guidelines.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• CMRP certification is desirable.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license required.
• Experience in building/maintenance technology is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform painting, remodeling, plumbing, electrical work, and landscaping.
• Assist in ventilation, refrigeration setup and repairs.
• Maintain heating and plumbing systems; inspect and schedule repairs.
• Conduct basic repairs such as fixing locks and replacing windows.
• Undertake pest control and grounds maintenance tasks.
• Assist in budgeting and ensure adherence to budgets.
