Peak Living is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join our team. The role involves bringing units to market-ready condition and supporting property maintenance per Peak Living standards.

Typical hours vary by community and may include weekends and after-hours emergencies. Responsibilities include completing make-ready tasks, work orders, building and area upkeep, and supporting preventative maintenance to protect property assets.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 1 year of maintenance experience in a property management environment.
• EPA and CPO certification preferred, but not required.
• Knowledge of general maintenance (electrical, plumbing, appliance repair).
• Must be able to communicate in English.

Responsibilities

• Complete make ready maintenance.
• Complete assigned work orders and ensure compliance to Peak Living standards.
• Assist with building and common area maintenance.
• Assist with preventative maintenance program and maintain property equipment.
