Job summary

Peak Living is seeking a Maintenance Technician to bring units to market-ready condition across our communities. Under the direction of the Service Manager, you will perform make-ready tasks and address work orders to uphold Peak Living standards.

This role requires basic maintenance skills (electrical, plumbing, appliance repair), strong English communication, and flexibility for weekends or after-hours emergencies as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Minimum 1 year of general maintenance experience in property management.
• EPA and CPO certifications preferred but not required.
• Knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and appliance repair.
• Effective communication and ability to work in English.

Responsibilities

• Complete make-ready maintenance.
• Complete assigned work orders and ensure compliance with Peak Living standards.
• Assist with building and common area maintenance.
• Assist with preventative maintenance program and maintain property equipment.
