Job summary

Peak Living is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join our team. Under the direction of the Service Manager, you will bring units up to market-ready condition according to Peak Living standards, with hours varying by community needs and potential weekend/after-hours emergencies.

Responsibilities include completing make-ready maintenance, processing work orders to Peak Living standards, assisting with building and common area upkeep, and supporting the preventative maintenance program to

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in general maintenance in a property management environment.
• EPA and CPO certification preferred, but not required.
• Knowledge of general maintenance (electrical, plumbing, appliance repair, etc.).
• Demonstrate effective communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Complete make ready maintenance.
• Complete assigned work orders and ensure compliance with Peak Living standards.
• Assist with building and common area maintenance.
• Assist with preventative maintenance program and maintain property equipment.
