Job summary

Peak Living is seeking a qualified Maintenance Technician to join our team in Georgia. Under the Service Manager, you'll ensure units are market-ready and may cover weekends or after-hours emergencies as community needs require.

Responsibilities include make-ready tasks, processing work orders, assisting with building and common area maintenance, and supporting preventative maintenance programs and equipment upkeep.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Minimum 1 year of general maintenance experience in property management.
• EPA and CPO certification preferred but not required.
• Knowledge of electrical, plumbing, appliances.

Responsibilities

• Complete make ready maintenance.
• Complete assigned work orders to Peak Living standards.
• Assist with building and common area maintenance.
• Assist with preventative maintenance and property equipment.
