Job summary

Greystar Worldwide, LLC is seeking a Service Technician to maintain physical aspects of the property, ensuring cleanliness, safety, and functionality. The role includes addressing resident requests, performing preventative maintenance, and supporting make-ready efforts for new move-ins.

Qualifications

• EPA certifications Type 1 and II or Universal for refrigerant recycling.
• Valid driver’s license to operate a golf cart on property depending on property size.

Responsibilities

• Completes assigned work orders from resident requests and performs preventative maintenance following safety standards and codes.
• Completes the make-ready process for vacant apartments including pre-move-out inspection, punch list, scheduling vendors, and ensuring tasks are finished.
• Follows procedures to access materials from the maintenance department, tracking usage and notifying when re-ordering is needed.
• Documents service requests accurately to enable proper documentation and tracking.
• Maintains grounds and common areas by cleaning, pressure-washing, painting curbs and signage as needed.
• Supports cost-control by repairing instead of replacing parts when possible and using tools/materials efficiently.
