Job summary

Greystar Worldwide, LLC is hiring a Service Technician to diagnose, repair, and maintain apartment communities. You will handle service requests, prepare homes for new residents, manage supplies, and uphold safety standards across the property.

Qualifications

• EPA refrigerant certifications with Type 1/II or Universal.
• Valid driver's license to operate golf carts on property.

Responsibilities

• Complete maintenance work orders and preventative maintenance per policy and safety standards.
• Prepare vacants for leasing, perform pre-move-out inspections, and coordinate vendors as needed.
• Access materials and track inventory; document work for maintenance records.
• Assist with groundskeeping, general cleaning, and minor repairs as required.
• Attend safety trainings and ensure compliance with OSHA and site policies.
