Job summary

Greystar is seeking a Service Technician for a Garden property in Lease Up stage. You will perform essential maintenance, address resident requests, and ensure safety and cleanliness across buildings and common areas.

Responsibilities include completing work orders, preparing vacant homes for leasing, and documenting tasks. A flexible on-call schedule and physical work are required; EPA refrigerant certification and a valid driver’s license are mandatory.

Qualifications

• Physical stamina to stand, walk, or sit for extended periods.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs with/without assistance.
• EPA refrigerant certifications (Type 1/II or Universal) must be current.

Responsibilities

• Complete work orders from resident requests and perform preventative maintenance.
• Execute make-ready process for vacant units, including inspections and scheduling vendors.
• Access materials and tools from maintenance, track usage, and reorder as needed.
