Job summary

Emerge Living is seeking a Maintenance Technician at Parkwyn Townhomes in North Richland Hills, TX. You will maintain the property, troubleshoot issues, perform make-ready tasks, and help ensure a safe, pleasant living environment for residents.

Reporting to the Community Manager and Service Manager, you will handle diverse maintenance duties, require physical stamina, English communication, a valid driver’s license, and EPA Type 1 & II certifications within 90 days of hire.

Qualifications

• Must be physically capable of frequent lifting up to 50 lbs and multiple physical activities.
• Must communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.
• Able to work day shifts, weekends, and respond to emergencies as needed.
• Maintain required EPA certifications within 90 days of start date.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and smartphone for job functions.

Responsibilities

• Complete resident service requests and preventative maintenance.
• Finish make-ready processes for vacant units and coordinate with vendors.
• Access and manage materials, tools, and inventory for routine tasks.
• Document completed work promptly and accurately.
• Support groundskeeping and common-area maintenance as needed.
• Assist in safety compliance and participate in trainings.
