Job summary

Emerge Living is seeking an Maintenance Technician for Waterstone Place Apartments in Stafford, TX. The role supports daily property maintenance, make-ready tasks, and resident services to ensure high standards of living.

You will perform preventive maintenance, handle repairs, and help keep the grounds and amenities in top condition. A valid driver’s license and EPA certification are required, with potential after-hours duties.

Qualifications

• Ability to perform physical activities including lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Must communicate effectively in English (written and spoken).
• Willingness to work weekends and respond to after-hours emergencies.

Responsibilities

• Complete work orders and perform preventative maintenance per policy and safety standards.
• Finish make-ready processes for vacant apartments and coordinate with vendors.
• Maintain grounds and common areas and assist with cost-saving maintenance practices.
• Document work accurately for service tracking.
