Job summary

RangeWater Residential, LLC is seeking a Maintenance Technician to keep interiors, exteriors, and shared spaces in top condition. You will diagnose issues, perform repairs, and complete work orders with urgency while maintaining safety standards.

You’ll handle make-ready tasks, coordinate with vendors, and monitor supplies. The role requires resident-facing service, teamwork with staff, and adherence to OSHA and company policies.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1–3 years apartment maintenance experience preferred.
• EPA Type I/II or Universal refrigerant certifications required.

Responsibilities

• Complete work orders from resident requests within 24–48 hours.
• Perform make-ready tasks and pre-move inspections for new tenants.
• Schedule vendors and manage necessary supplies.
• Inspect and repair building systems to meet safety standards.
• Track inventory and return unused items to stockroom.
• Assist in safety meetings and training per OSHA rules.
• Provide courteous resident service and address concerns promptly.
• Work with contractors and supervisors to ensure quality.
