Qualifications

• 1-3 years of apartment maintenance experience or equivalent preferred.
• Must have EPA certifications Type I and II or Universal for refrigerant recycling.
• Proficiency in internet, word processing, and spreadsheet programs.

Responsibilities

• Complete work orders from resident requests promptly.
• Prepare vacant apartments for leasing and new move-ins.
