Qualifications

• 1-3 years of apartment maintenance experience preferred.
• Current Valid Driver's License required.
• Must have EPA certifications Type I and II or Universal.

Responsibilities

• Perform technical and mechanical work to maintain property standards.
• Complete assigned work orders efficiently.
• Support cost-cutting by repairing rather than replacing whenever possible.
