Qualifications

• EPA certification required.
• CPO preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of multi-family maintenance experience (plumbing and make-readies).

Responsibilities

• Perform general maintenance, repairs, make-readies, and preventative maintenance.
• Diagnose issues, source supplies, and complete work orders.
• Assist in grounds and common-area upkeep; clean and paint as needed.
• Maintain safety and compliance with policies; participate in safety meetings.
