Job summary

Peak Living is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join our team and keep our communities in top condition. You will perform make-ready maintenance, handle work orders, and support building and common area upkeep in a fast-growing property management environment.

The role requires at least 1 year of maintenance experience, knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and appliance repair, and good English communication. Boiler experience and CPO certification are preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 1 year of maintenance experience in a property management environment.
• Boiler experience preferred.
• CPO certification preferred.
• Knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and appliance repair.
• Demonstrate effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must have the ability to communicate in English.

Responsibilities

• Complete make ready maintenance.
• Complete assigned work orders and ensure compliance to Peak Living standards.
• Assist with building and common area maintenance.
• Assist with preventative maintenance program and maintain property equipment.
