Job summary

Greystar Worldwide, LLC is seeking a Service Technician in Newport Beach to maintain building exteriors, grounds, and amenities. The role requires 1–2 years of maintenance experience with large communities (100+ units preferred) and proficiency with HappyCo, Make Ready processes, and work orders.

EPA refrigerant certifications and a valid driver's license are required. Salary includes a base hourly wage with potential bonuses; housing discount is available for onsite staff.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of Maintenance experience (Experience working with 100+ units preferred)
• Proficiency with HappyCo, Make Ready's, Work orders
• EPA certifications Type 1 and II or Universal for refrigerant recycling (as applicable)
• Valid driver’s license to operate a golf cart on property

Responsibilities

• Completes assigned work orders from resident requests and preventative maintenance.
• Makes ready for vacant apartments, inspects, schedules vendors, and completes tasks.
• Tracks inventory, returns unused items, and notifies supervisor about re-orders.
• Documents service requests timely and accurately for records.
• Maintains grounds, common areas, and amenities; cleans and paints as needed.
• Supports cost-control by repairing instead of replacing parts when possible.
