Job summary

Timberland Partners in Burnsville, MN is seeking a Maintenance Technician for a 231-unit community. You’ll handle general upkeep, unit turns, and preventative maintenance to ensure a high-quality living experience for residents.

Schedule is Monday–Friday 8:30AM–5:30PM with rotating on-call shifts and on-call stipends. Compensation includes a $24.00–$28.00/hr range plus quarterly bonuses based on performance and service.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of general maintenance experience; residential maintenance preferred.
• EPA universal license for HVAC preferred.
• CPO license preferred.
• Ability to troubleshoot and repair HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems and appliances.
• High school diploma or GED required; basic computer proficiency preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver timely, high-quality results for resident work requests.
• Maintain grounds, amenities, and common areas to high standards.
• Identify and resolve safety or upkeep issues to protect residents.
• Perform make-readies, repairs, and final checks for move-ins.
• Provide on-call emergency support on a rotating schedule.
• Follow safety procedures to protect team and community.
