Job summary

Timberland Partners in Lake St Louis, MO is seeking a Maintenance Technician to manage general upkeep, unit turns, and preventative maintenance across a 156-unit property, delivering a high-quality living experience for residents. You will troubleshoot HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and appliance systems, perform make-readies, and keep common areas safe and welcoming.

This full-time on-site role offers a $1,000 sign-on bonus, with $500 paid at 90 days and $500 at 180 days, a Monday–Friday 8AM–5PM

Qualifications

• 2+ years general maintenance experience; residential preferred
• Make Ready, painting, and sheetrock experience preferred
• EPA universal license for HVAC required
• CPO license preferred
• Knowledge of Fair Housing regulations
• Troubleshoot and repair HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliances
• High school diploma or GED
• Basic computer proficiency preferred

Responsibilities

• Deliver timely, high-quality results for resident work requests and day-to-day maintenance needs
• Maintain curb appeal of grounds, amenities, and common areas
• Identify and resolve safety or upkeep issues to protect residents
• Execute make-readies, repairs, and final checks for move-ins
• Provide on-call emergency support on a rotating schedule
• Follow safety procedures to protect staff and residents
