Job summary

Timberland Partners Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Technician for The Apex in Burnsville, MN. This role supports routine and preventive maintenance across a 231-unit community and ensures the property remains in top condition.

Schedule is Monday–Friday 8:30 AM–5 PM with occasional on-call rotation and extra pay. Benefits include health, dental, vision, life insurance, disability, 401K, HSA/FSA, paid time off, holidays, educational assistance, referral bonuses, and employee discounts.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years of general maintenance experience.
• Multi-family maintenance experience preferred.
• EPA universal license for HVAC preferred or HVAC knowledge.
• CPO license preferred (if applicable).
• Basic computer proficiency preferred.

Responsibilities

• Complete work orders and other community maintenance tasks.
• Maintain community appearance and cleanliness of buildings and amenities.
• Identify maintenance needs and safety hazards and report to Manager.
• Prepare vacant apartments for move-in.
• Review and act on the make-ready board per Manager directions.
• Perform repairs and replacements to get units ready for occupancy.
• Be available for on-call rotations and occasional shifts.
• Adhere to all safety policies and procedures.
