Job summary

Qualifications

• 1-3 years relevant maintenance experience required.
• Able to lift a minimum of 75 lbs and work 8-12 hour standing shifts.
• Must be able to work weekends and be available for on-call emergencies.
• Able to work in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment.

Responsibilities

• Maintains the facility and grounds based on community objectives.
• Follows practices for safe operation, maintenance and repair of on-site equipment and OSHA compliance.
• Performs detailed turnover of apartments including painting, carpentry, drywall patch/repair, and appliance maintenance.
• Responds to work orders promptly and participates in on-call rotation with the Maintenance Team.
• Assists with inspections of public areas and resident apartments to ensure maintenance standards are met.
• Keeps storage areas, tools, and equipment secure at all times.
• Adheres to company policy while delivering high levels of customer service.
• Participates in training workshops and safety meetings as necessary.
