Job summary

IDM Companies, LLC is seeking a Maintenance Technician to maintain the community's physical integrity and provide a clean, well-maintained living environment for residents, visitors and staff. Qualifications

• 1–3 years of relevant maintenance experience.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, self-directed environment.
• Excellent customer service with strong attention to detail.
• Must lift at least 75 lbs and stand 8–12 hours.
• Ability to work weekends and be on-call for emergencies.

Responsibilities

• Maintain facility and grounds according to community objectives.
• Operate, maintain, and repair on-site equipment following safety policies.
• Handle apartment make-ready tasks: painting, carpentry, drywall, appliances.
• Respond to work orders promptly, including after-hours emergencies.
• Participate in on-call maintenance rotation.
• Inspect public areas and apartments to ensure standards.
• Secure tools and equipment; follow company policy.
• Attend trainings and safety meetings.
