Idm-Companies-1 is seeking a Maintenance Technician to maintain the community's physical integrity and provide a clean, well‑kept living environment for residents, staff and visitors.

You will perform preventive maintenance, apartment turnover (paint, drywall, carpentry, appliances), and respond to work orders, including after-hours on‑call rotations, with strong customer service.

Must lift up to 75 lbs, stand 8–12 hours, work weekends, and comply with safety programs.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years relevant maintenance experience.
• Excellent customer service and attention to detail.
• Must lift up to 75 lbs and stand 8–12 hours.
• Able to work weekends and be available for on-call emergencies.

Responsabilités

• Maintains the facility and grounds based on community objectives.
• Follows practices for the safe operation, maintenance and repair of all on-site equipment, including OSHA compliance.
• Responsible for detailed turnover of apartments, including painting, carpentry, drywall patch/repair, appliance maintenance, and detailed make-ready checklists.
• Responds to work orders in a timely manner, including after-hours on-call maintenance requests.
• Participates in the on-call rotation with the rest of the Maintenance Team.
