Job summary

Greystar Worldwide, LLC is seeking a Service Technician to perform technical and mechanical work ensuring building, grounds, and common areas meet Greystar’s standards for cleanliness, safety, and functionality.

Responsibilities include completing work orders, performing preventative maintenance, making-ready units, managing materials, documenting requests, and supporting cost-control efforts while following safety and OSHA guidelines.

Qualifications

• EPA certifications Type 1 and II or Universal for refrigerant recycling required.
• Valid driver's license required to operate a golf cart on property.

Responsibilities

• Complete work orders and perform preventative maintenance per policies and safety rules.
• Prepare vacant units for leasing by completing pre-move-out inspections and punch lists.
• Obtain materials and coordinate with vendors and contractors.
• Document service requests accurately for tracking.
• Maintain grounds and common areas, including cleaning and painting as needed.
• Support cost-containment by repairing parts instead of replacing when feasible.
