Job summary

Greystar Worldwide, LLC is seeking a Service Technician to ensure the physical aspects of properties meet safety and cleanliness standards. You will perform repairs, complete work orders, and assist with make-ready tasks for vacant units in a Houston area community.

Role requires EPA refrigerant certifications, a valid driver’s license, and applicable state/local licenses. The position involves indoor/outdoor work, occasional travel, and a flexible schedule to support property operations.

Qualifications

• EPA refrigerant recycling certifications (Type 1/II or Universal).
• Valid driver’s license for site access and golf-cart operation as applicable.
• State and local certs as required by jurisdiction.

Responsibilities

• Complete work orders and preventative maintenance by diagnosing defects and repairing per policies and codes.
• Perform make-ready tasks to prepare vacant apartments, including inspections, punch lists, and scheduling vendors.
• Track inventory and follow procedures to obtain and return tools and materials; notify supervisor for re-ordering.
