Job summary

Greystar Worldwide, LLC is seeking a Service Technician to perform technical and mechanical work ensuring buildings meet safety, cleanliness, and functional standards. Responsibilities include completing work orders, making-ready apartments, managing inventories, documenting actions, and maintaining grounds and amenities.

The role requires CPO and EPA refrigerant certifications, a valid driver's license, and adherence to safety policies.

Qualifications

• CPO and EPA refrigerant certifications are required.
• Certifications as required by state and local jurisdictions.
• Valid driver’s license to operate golf cart on property, if applicable.

Responsibilities

• Complete assigned work orders and preventative maintenance following policies and safety standards.
• Complete make-ready process for vacant apartments, including inspections and scheduling vendors.
• Access materials from maintenance using established procedures and notify supervision for reorders.
• Document work requests accurately for tracking and reporting.
• Maintain grounds and amenities; assist with cleaning and painting as needed.
• Help reduce costs by repairing instead of replacing parts when feasible.
