Banyan Living, LLC is seeking an Experienced Maintenance Technician to join our team of professionals serving the greater Cleveland and Columbus areas. You will perform repairs, preventative maintenance, and inspections across our luxury properties, ensuring resident safety and satisfaction.

The role requires strong troubleshooting skills, a customer-focused approach, and the ability to respond to on-call maintenance requests.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certifications preferred.
• At least 1 year of maintenance or related field experience.
• Strong knowledge of plumbing, electrical systems, and general repair work.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Customer-focused with strong communication and on-call availability.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• On-call and emergency maintenance availability.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance on all building systems and equipment
• Respond to resident maintenance requests promptly, ensuring great customer service and satisfaction
• Complete repairs on plumbing, electrical, HVAC systems, and appliances
• Prepare vacant units for new tenants by ensuring repairs and maintenance tasks are performed
• Maintain thorough documentation of maintenance activities and track supply inventory
• Work collaboratively with the property management team to address and resolve maintenance issues efficiently
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work environment at all times
